This is one of my favorite post prompts. Currently, inspired by Danielle of Sometimes Sweet and Meghan of pocketful of pretty, I am:
Doing: Sitting beside Jen as we smoke our hookah, sipping on Mountain Dew, wearing a favorite pair of PJ pants that I've had since Christmas of 2010! that are quite hole-y and winding down while reading blog posts and leaving comments.
Loving: Jen and our babies, my mother-in-law, sweet friends who leave sweet Facebook comments, the amazing amount of sweet comments I've been getting on LnL (blogging is amazing for making friends, am I right?) and two searches that have led people here this week. Those searches were: OOTD black and lavender (when I saw this, I thought: what a beautiful color combo for an outfit!) and one I cannot find now (of course) that involved lavender new age birds.
Thinking: about my mental to-do list (which I really should write down, instead) and how Jen's first appointment with Shannon will go. Shannon is her new psychiatrist and we'll be heading for her office in the morning. I'm so very lucky that Jen doesn't mind me going with her one bit, in fact she prefers me being there with her. We've had bad luck with past psychiatrists, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I am also thinking about everything I must print so I can go make my appointment with a new psychiatrist. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for me as well!
Reading: a first edition copy of Always by DM Yates, my amazing mother-in-law. (I am so proud of her.) I'll be posting an interview with her on LnL soon, so watch for that because I know you'll love her! I am also reading Elegantly Wasted by C. Elizabeth and I am almost done, once I am, I'll be publishing a review!
Watching: Absolutely nothing TV wise. Jen and I did watch a review of Guild Wars 2 which I am so in love with and want so badly, which was AMAZING and only furthered my lust. I have been watching our local 'guide for Clueless, because it's a movie I've never seen and Jen and I need a good chick flick.
Anticipating: Imbolc, the Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. I am also anticipating our monthly check so that I can buy a new pair of pants. I'm the kind of girl who wears my favorite pair until they are absolutely ragged. I love worn in pants that fit you perfectly. Until they rip in a very revealing area...!
Listening to: Nothing right now. It's absolutely quiet except for Jen and I and Wedge and Mau who just started fighting.
This was Mau (L) and Wedge (R) last night, fighting like brothers.
Planning: a new blog design. I know, I know... I just re-did my design on January 1st, however I have been quite undecided on my color combo. Lately I've been envisioning a combo of aqua blue and a very vivid pink. We'll see! I also am hoping I can find a super cheap digital drawing pad soon (that connects via USB) so that I can get started on my portfolio.
Working on: a VIBD. That stands for: Very Important Blog Design. *wink* I'm also working on staying connected with all of my various social media. I'm active on six different forum boards, plus Facebook and Twitter, my blog, We're That Geeky... I have a lot on my digital plate and I LOVE IT, however I must work on spending a little bit of time on each area every day.
...for now, though? It's time for bed with my baby. Night!
Love this post! I also love smoking the hooka! Rob and I actually recently got a new one and let me tell you it's amazing! We seriously stalked up on shisha! Good luck on going to the psychiatrist!!
