Tonight I am sharing a little memory of when Jen and I were still dating long distance. We have a Valentine's Day tradition that kind of just started. It wasn't even planned, yet it's so perfectly us. We were still long distance and we found a little Asian market online. We bought some Japanese food and Ramune soda and had our boxes synced to arrive on the same day.
Than, we decided on a movie that we would watch via our Xbox's. What movie did we decide on? Jackass Number Two. This started our Japanese food and Inappropriate for Valentine's Day movie tradition. ♥
When I moved in with Jen, our next movie was Zombieland. This year, we're hoping we'll somehow have some extra cash and can go see A Good Day to Die Hard. The Die Hard movies are one of our absolute favorite series', and... IT PREMIERS ON VALENTINE'S DAY, ahhhh!
If somehow magickally we have a LOT of extra cash, I would love if afterwards we could visit Tepanyaki Japanese Steakhouse, a little (fancy) place right near the theater that we've been dreaming of visiting since I moved here.
Even if we can't make the movie, steakhouse or both, I know my Valentine's Day will be perfect because I have my very own Valentine who I love so very much. ♥ If we can't go OUT and see a movie and have a dinner, we'll stay in, make some Japanese food and stream a movie. Either way? It's a total win-win.
